By accessing or using YourRealGuide (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Use of Service
YourRealGuide provides real estate deal analysis tools for informational purposes. You may use the Service to evaluate investment properties, generate briefs, and access calculators and metrics. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Free and Paid Plans
We offer a free plan with limited monthly analyses and a paid subscription plan (Investor Pro) with expanded access. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
Payment and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to violate any law, scrape or reverse-engineer our systems, resell access without permission, upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Disclaimer
The Service provides estimates and analysis based on information you supply. Results depend on the accuracy of your inputs and market conditions. We do not guarantee outcomes, returns, or suitability of any investment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourRealGuide and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including investment losses or decisions made based on analysis output.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.
